I have eaten many times in this type of restaurants and the food is always very good but in this restaurant the food is terrible with no flavor and they really put a pittance of ingredients and the meat is not even found in the bread and vegetables really very bad food compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants

Veggie Spring rolls were tiny and not worth the $8. They only had noodles, lettuce, and cucumbers. I thought they'd at least have tofu for the price.
Pho was okay. Noodles were very short sections rather than long noodles.
Packaging was good.

The food was fantastic in flavor and portion size but they didn't provide any utensils... so I could only eat the appetizer when it was still fresh. By the time I got to eat the soup it was hours later and it wasn't fresh anymore, so it wasn't as good. I've had their soup when fresh and it's absolutely delicious. Also didn't get the beverage I ordered... Was really disappointed on that this time.

Two of us ordered chicken pho, one ordered brisket pho. Our broths looked significantly different. The chicken pho broth looks and tastes like it's chicken broth in a box. The bean sprouts were soggy and old smelling and the onions and toppings otherwise were scant. I've never had pho this bad, especially for this price point - would not recommend.
