The food is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The truffle fries and sweet potato fries were of a generous serving and the salad was very large as well. The cheddar burger was delicious cooked to perfection and their cucumber pickle chips on the burger were amazing

Burgers were great but the fries were cold and limp. And you forgot my Onion Rings!
One of the best cook to order burgers you can get delivered around here. Great flavor, juicy, and cooked to a perfect medium. Burgers were great size.
We will order again. Still gotta get those rings!

A huge, delicious, juicy, custom-made, fresh turkey (or other ingredients of choice) burger. A favorite we order often! Build Your Own is awesome.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this order. My sandwich was burnt, I paid for 4 ranches but only received 2, and the dip portion appeared significantly smaller than expected. I understand that the size of a to-go container can sometimes make a portion look smaller, but I would recommend using packaging that better fits the actual serving size so customers aren’t left wondering whether they received the full portion.
Overall, the food quality was very poor and I was unable to enjoy the meal. I’m requesting a refund for the food that was not prepared properly, as well as the missing ranches that I paid for but did not receive.

The veggie burger was burnt, the Cobb salad was tasteless. I have been a customer since the restaurant opened. However, over the years the the cost of the food has increased and the quality has declined drastically.
