The Baja fish tacos are my favorite go to item at Village Tavern....I have them at least once a week. The service and quality of the food is unparalleled in the north hills area.

We have had this dish before but tonight it was really tough to eat. It was way too much sauce, way too much avocado and not enough chicken / rice. I chose not to finish the meal because it just wasn't enjoyable to eat. It tasted like avocado mush which was disappointing for a $30 dish!

This is first time trying Pan Seared Halibut in general and am highly impressed. This place  has certainly set the standard for me. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and a nice size portion .....and it arrived HOT. I will order again!

The Rainbow Trout was outstanding! Flavored and cooked perfectly! The portion size was just right! My dinner hit the spot! The French Onion Soup with a Caesar Salad were my "go-to" items, but I'm now a fan of the trout, too!

I ordered the nachos and a week earlier for my daughter when we ordered a meal and she had plenty of black beans and spicy meat. I order it yesterday and it came with half of a container of spicy meat and half a container of black meat nothing is consistent at Village Tavern. Let me just tell you that .!! The flavor was good but otherwise the experience is just so so ￼ ￼
