I love how healthy and flavorful this spot is. However, over the last two years... shrinkflation is kind of wild at this restaurant. I buy the green glow bowl and both wraps and both proportions for the same price have been cut in half over time. Again, great flavor but the size for the price is enough to make me stop eating here.

We have been eating at Vitality Bowl for years now and seeing them on door dash makes them even more convenient! The Dragon Smoothie was delish! So light and refreshing! Their Power Panini is a staple. Always 12/10 and once you've had it once, you know what to expect every single time. I always appreciate Vitality Bowl's freshness and consistency. Decent sized portions for the value. Can't recommend them enough!

Vitality bowl never misses. Their food is consistently delicious, fresh and of high quality. The sliced fruit on top of the Tropical Bowl and the Kids Bowl is always fresh as can be and never mushy. Bee pollen is a favorite add on. The Power Panini is always a favorite with avocado and chicken! The flavors at vitality bowl are unreal and they prove that quality doesn't always have to have a huge price tag. Highly recommend.

I am obsessed with this place. I love Acai bowls and get one from here at least twice a week for breakfast. I get the Superfood Bowl and add fresh strawberries and it's so delicious. I have not found another place that lives up to these bowls and I have gone to and tried a LOT! I love this place.

Oh my goodness, yum!! I ordered the Dessert Bowl and The Dragon Smoothie. By far, these are the BEST smoothie and smoothie bowl I have had in a LONG time. You can taste every ingredient added, and you can tell its made with care, as for how beautifully it is decorated.
Vitality is an AMAZING Smoothie Bowl Cafe, and I 100/10 recommend!
