We don't like a lot of extra garnishments on our Mexican food. So we often order tacos from Waldo's because we're able to easily customize them. This time I chose to get the Pollo tacos. I usually get them with just the tortillas and chicken (no onion or cilantro) and pay the tiny $0.50 extra to add cheese to them. It's perfection every single time!! It might sound plain to you, but the way the chicken is seasoned (so flavorful!) makes it so yummy combined with just cheese & the corn tortillas. Trust me you won't be disappointed in anything Waldo's makes...everything is so delicious. We often order the Al Pastor or Carne Asada, and those are also really really good too!!

Food is amazing and on point! I have been coming here for years! They make everything fresh and the salsa is amazing! These are the best tacos in Arizona! Very Mexico City tradition! None of that lettuce or cabbage stuff

al pastor taco was good it was a little greasy but the flavor was spot on the salsa complemented it quite well the Taco de tripa excellent I give it two thumbs up it's good to know I have a place now to go to for those as it's hard to find good ones the beans and rice I'm not really I'm not really a big rice fan but this rice was good I would definitely eat it the beans they were okay they weren't bad the flavor was all right no actually they were good they were just not quite they were just not quite as tender as I would like them and so I guess I'm being a little picky flavor was great overall overall I have no complaints have no complaints also the bean and cheese burrito was good as well

Delicious per usual! We order from this restaurant at least once a week and 99% of the time it's perfect, today included! The Carne Asada tacos and the Pollo tacos were especially well seasoned today...yum!

plate of beans and rice is a small bowl the carnes asada is tender but the flavor is changing from the last time I bought from here, also the pollo looks a little weird and taste tangy thought it was pollo asada
