• 9/5/25Too greasy! Everything was disappointing. CAJUN TATER TOTS not very spicy and soaked through the cardboard try. CRAFT YOUR OWN - DOUBLE so greasy that bun was falling apart. Onions and lettuce were not crisp.

• 7/24/26FRIED CHEESE CURDS where way to cooked they were completely empty CRAFT YOUR OWN - IMPOSSIBLE was pretty much raw and mushy 2nd time this happened

• 5/27/23We ordered two craft your own single burgers and they came with no toppings, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, etc. The shakes were good, but the bill was $40 for 2 plain patties with cheese and roll! That's not acceptable. I've tried calling the store and no one answered .
