One must remember that when you order fast food: depending on the time of day; the freshness will be questionable. The crispy chicken sandwich was stale, and it's clear that it was sitting under a heat lamp before reaching my doorstep.
The same can be said about the fries and the bacon burger. In conclusion, don't order your food late, or really, don't expect excellence when you're dining fast.

The food was super fresh and hot. Would defin order again especially right when they switch from breakfast to lunch. The portion was good for the price. The chicken nuggets, fries, and jr bacon cheeseburger were all hot.

Well, it's been a very long time since I actually had one of their hamburgers probably close to eight or nine years. I just remember their beef being much thicker and more flavorful so I don't know. I don't think I'd get them again. We tried their breakfast sandwiches in the restaurant. They were terrible. This is the one in Tinley Park and 183rd just before you get to Harlem. But we found in general that unless you like their crispy chicken sandwiches are their Frosty's. I wouldn't go there for anything else. Even their chicken tenders have gone downhill.
