Wrap was completely stuck to wrapper and not even edible. Completely fell apart it was nasty

Never usually have any problems but today I was given an old biscuit, hard as a rock. Still love the breakfast menu. The chicken was still good.

biscuits were incredibly hard and not edible. The gravy was extremely watered down. will never get Wendy's breakfast again. only the potato wedges were good.

Unfortunately, the packaging for both the food and drink was not properly secured for delivery. Everything arrived open, with NO basic sealing to ensure safety.
I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the quality of your service in the future.
