it was an absolutely toe curling order of food and was very time efficient. the burger had impeccable flavor.

I approached Wendy’s with no illusions and a healthy respect for the democratic virtues of a square patty. This is not a temple of excess nor a den of pretension; it is a workingman’s lunchroom with a red-haired mascot and a firm belief in hot food served promptly.
The burger arrived forthright and unashamed—beefy, properly salted, and stacked with a clarity of purpose. The bun was soft without surrender, the lettuce crisp, the tomato doing its civic duty. No single element grandstands; the ensemble swings together. One could eat it in a hurry, yes—but one need not.
The fries, though often the Achilles’ heel of lesser establishments, were hot, sturdy, and salted with a confident hand. They do not whisper. They speak plainly and with conviction.
I must also commend the Frosty, that curious hybrid of milkshake and dessert philosophy. It is best approached with a spoon, patience, and a sense of irony. Dip a fry if you must—this is a free country—but even alone it delivers a cool, cocoa-toned consolation that feels oddly timeless.
Service moved briskly, prices remained merciful, and I departed neither hungry nor insulted—two achievements more rare than one might think. Wendy’s knows exactly what it is, and, more importantly, what it is not. That self-knowledge is the true secret sauce.
Rating: ★★★★☆
Dependable, honest, and never late for the downbeat.

The redheaded joint plays it bold and keeps the lights on late. You walk in hungry, you walk out fed, and most nights the operation moves like it has rehearsed the number.
I stick to the classics and they usually treat me right. The burgers come off hot, the beef tastes fresh, and the whole thing feels built to be eaten immediately, not admired. Portions are fair, the sandwiches hold together, and when the fries are on their game they are crisp, salty, and gone in a flash.
But this is where the tempo wobbles. The fries do not always show up ready to dance. Sometimes they are hot and swinging, sometimes they are tired and dragging their heels. It is enough to notice, and enough to cost them a little shine. When everything lands right, the meal hums. When it does not, you feel the miss.
Still, I order again. Wendy’s is fast, familiar, and dependable enough to keep in the rotation. You know the tune, and most nights they play it clean.
Four stars. Fresh beef, solid portions, and a rhythm section that occasionally needs a cue.

It may be because it was very late but my Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo looked like it had been sitting out for a couple hours, was missing ingredients, was incredibly dry and had an unpleasant taste.
