chicken was overcooked and hard no butter or sour cream on baked potatoe buns on sandwich was like paper and 1 little piece of bacon on my sandwich.

I ordered the chicken blt biggie and they sent a bun. Thats it - a bun without the chicken or the blt ! Plain, empty bun! I called immediately and was told they were confused by my order? I didnt make any changes/substitutions so dont understand where the confusion came from! They didnt offer to come back and replace it so I woundup paying $8 for a bun!

My food wasnt that great my breakfast sandwich I could tell sat awhile an my potato wedges were only half full my French toast stix were good but I wasnt impressed at all
my driver I had was great followed my instructions on which porch to put it on since ihave two so its easier for me to get it since its the main door we use
he actually has been the only door dash driver who has got it right
an its just a small little house w a porch in the front an one a few feet on the side
so great job to this driver (Jason white suv ) its why I tip good
because This service makes life a bit easier for me so little things like placing my order at the right door matters
Just wish the place you order from ( some) would make sure your food freshly made at least especially how costly it is I understand till its delivered to you
but trust me you can tell the difference from its been sitting awhile in the place then delivered
from it made fresh then delivered you can tell is all im stating

I ordered a double stack with tomato, lettuce, mayo, onions and pickles. That's not what I received. Instead I got a single with bacon. It's very disappointing not to get what you ordered. It would be helpful if the person putting the order in the bag would check the receipt to see if the order is correct.
