Have never had any issues ordering from wendys. Food is always acceptably warm or even hot when it arrives

Usually my food comes just the way I ask this time my French Fries where old and cold and my Caramel Frosty® Cream Cold Brew had mostly cold brew and like no Caramel frosty

Burger was old and reheated. Cheese was hard and not fresh you can tell when meat is reheated, order this at lunch thinking it would be good. Nope and I didn't eat it for fear of getting sick .

I ordered a Crispy Chicken BLT (plain) and a Baconator Fries. The bun for the sandwich was hard and the Crispy Chicken BLT was old tasting. Baconator Fries were ok, once u add some ranch!
