Taco Salad I received was just a regular salad that had been sitting on the counter all day. Brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes, and none of the actual "taco salad" toppings. Definitely not fresh. And no offer to swap it for what I really ordered.

the burger had no lettuce. the burger was wrapped in two different sandwich packs look like the first one what's halfway opened . Fry's was old and cold. just not Wendy's material whatsoever.
