I was really afraid of ordering from this location again after a month ago they forgot 2 of my Double Stacks, HOWEVER they went above-and-beyond with my order today even attaching an itemized receipt that checked off each item so they knew they were including everything. The food was hot and fresh and the frostys were amazing. Thank you, Wendy's, for a great job and great service.

in comparison to Mcdonalds and Burger King, Wendy's presented poor packaging, Caramel Cold Brew with Cream and Classic Chocolate Frosty® out loose in open air, a simple hokder in bag will help a lot with some insulation.. no spoon fir Classic Chocolate Frosty® , no straw for iced coffees. no napkins, which should be available since paying higher premium pricing. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich, however, was excellent as all ingredients, bun, etc, with the exception of the (1) single small thin slice of tomato that barely covers less than 50% of sandwich. At that point. why even put on there at all.
Other fast food charge higher premium prices but give excellent packaging and includes napkins, straws, etc. Just for the packaging alone, I am going back to my several times using Mcdonalds and BK.

The first complaint is the baconator double Baconator® Combo. I only received one burger patty and only two pieces bacon where the combo says and shows there are two burgers with cheese and six pieces of applewood bacon on a premier bun. I've had sandwiches there before and this is a small bun and it also has mayonnaise on it which I cannot eat and requested no mayonnaise. I also requested to add the pickles and tomato, which I did not receive either.
The second mess up is the large spicy Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with no mayonnaise. Which is supposed to be a spicy chicken breast sandwich and I received a small flat piece of chicken that you would receive in a biggie bag on a small bun not a premier bun and also mayonnaise on it and requested no mayonnaise. I cannot eat mayonnaise! Now this is a 30 plus dollar order including the tip which is not the Dash's fault but it was a waste of money down the drain. On the plus side I did receive the baconator fries, the chili and the two frosties. They were correct and the only reason why I gave it two stars. So I will at least be able to eat something. This is the second time Wendy's messed up. The first time I didn't get reimbursed for four items. They just said take it up with doordash. And how do you take pictures of missing items? Needless to say this will be my last order from Wendy's.
I just should have spent $30 on a Pizza Hut box with two pizzas chicken wings and cheesy bread for cheaper LOL

I had to heat up everything I ordered. Mind you the order was quickly delivered. Not the dashers fault at all. The brownie frosty is room temp liquid. ??? The chili has the wrong ingredients. No sour cream and added chives and no crackers. My grandbaby was disappointed.

Seems like my order was very rushed. Only received 5Pc nuggets instead of the 6 i ordered. My initials were on the bag but no receipt attached to it. The condiments I asked for were not in the bag as well. The only think that was hot on my order was the fries. Besides that nothing was really fresh on my order. Kinda disappointing.
