I usually love Whataburger, but today's order was not up to par. The french fries were undercooked and limp, the burger had so much mustard that the bun had gone soggy and the taste was not good. I usually order Whataburger from my home but this time I ordered it from work. Maybe it was a different location that delivered the order today. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be ordering Whataburger for a while until that taste gets out of my mouth.

We didn't get our $6 milkshake or any ketchup. Mistakes happen, but zero ketchup and no drink at all, much less our expensive shake, is not ok

FORGOT MY FRIES and also, burger had more juice than Niagara falls which isnt helpful when you dont want to drink it. drink was fine
