With the very high price I pay for a burger, I expect something that resembles your advertising pics. My burger, whole burger, was as thin as the burger in the pic, minus the bun. It looks as if after burger was put together, they smashed it as flat as it would go. I don't recall ordering a "Smash burger". After this and previous orders with same issues, of crappy treatment of people that pay good money for a product, that is nothing close to advertisements, I'll be shopping elsewhere. An embarrassment for Texas, quit making false comments about being a Texan landmark....with the way you show no respect for consumers who spend their money to pay you. Way too many burger options. I used to be proud to treat out of staters to a Texas tradition of a Whataburger....I would be ashamed to even show them how it's presented. Get a clue

fries were cold and greasy. Wrong Drink, I was given a coke not the Caramel Latte Shake . Burger was cold and there were more vegetables in the wrapper than in the Burger. Have never had an order like this before.

Always make the #22 Biscuit Sandwich which just right. Perfectly crisp sausage and egg paired with a biscuit that is not hard or doughy.

The burger was great but I will say the fries were under salted and the sauce was missing.
