Thus far this Whataburger has been great! We love Brioche bun on the burgers.
Sometimes they fall behind but it all rolls out accurate and still hot.
Prefer this Whataburger over the other ones we've gone to.

The gravy wasn't as good as it usually is. A little thin. The biscuit was cooked too much and was impossible to eat the edges. Rest was wonderful as usual.

The Jalapeno Cheddar Biscuit will make any breakfast sandwich better, especially when the biscuits are fresh. However, I would like to rave about the customer service at the Whataburger location on W Sublett Rd in Arlington. Unfortunately the jalapeno cheddar biscuit is not an option on door dash, so I called to that location and the young lady who answered was very polite as well as professional. Although the option for the substitution was not available they still accommodated. Thank You!

Online order 2053315 was 60% wrong
*The #7 Whataburger JR meal with no cheese came with cheese.
*The Whataburger double sandwich w/cheese & ketchup only came as a single and onions.
*The #2 Whataburger double meal came as a single.
Only 2 out of 5 orders were correct.
This is common for this location at Sublett Rd and US 287. Every visit or order is filled with apprehension as to it being correct. I have complained to corporate about this store before, but nothing changes.

Once again I ordered two breakfast bowls and found a dollop of gravy in both bowls. The first couple of times I ordered them there was plenty of gravy, as it should be. The biscuit half on the bottom was barely wet with gravy. My request is more gravy. Otherwise, the breakfast is good and filling but more gravy would make it that much better.
