• 6/27/26The chicken strips, fries, bread and even the apple pie were dry and over cooked, and the gravy was watery. I threw it all away. Never had this experience before

• 9/28/25Food is always cold nowadays. Takes way too long to receive and it's cause the dasher is waiting for the order, fries are inedible because of how cold they are. Lettuce is wilted and tomatoes are soggy.

• 4/3/26Fries don't even look cooked. We used to love this place but quality has gone way downhill. This whataburger is not good anymore.

• 5/31/26Food was cold, tea was unsweetened ( not what ordered). They don't offer set ups (plates, cups, nakins) especially for the price you pay for all this. Can't request anything because they turn off the request/ recommendation box. Burgers were over cooked.

• 9/11/23the Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich was burnt. the chicken strip in there were totally burnt. so disappointed!!
