• 2/10/24Fries were cold and old. I know I'm not close to the store but they were bad even for the distance they had to travel. The Texas Toast I had for my bun was burnt, not dark, just burnt and the request for ketchup on my burger was ignored

• 10/10/26Ordered a large fry....didn't even get a medium. Plus they were super cold. Burger was ordered with mayonnaise and had none.
