Order was wrong...ordered tots, got fries not really a big deal. Burger is still great.

The food was excellent except they didnt follow directions for what we wanted on them. My chicken sandwich had wild sauce which I didnt want because it's spicy. My sons had onions which he didnt want etc. but other than that was delicious. We will order again.

This is just a ghost kitchen. Order came from BW3 and the order was for potato wedges but received standard fries. Deceptive and misleading.

They did not make my All-American Cheeseburger the way it was ordered. Seen other reviews that this is a common problem. Burger was good, would have just liked it to be how it was ordered.

Smoked Brisket Burger was nasty fr. No sauce on it and the cheese melted off I guess because it wasn't on the burger. The chili was dried out and old looking on the fries. Terrible experience would have been better off eating a McDonald's burger.
