I was skeptical but wanted to try it after seeing the woman reviewing the NYT Top 100 list give it so much praise. The food was amazing. We got two of the Pastrami Beef Tongue Scallion Pancakes, a Millet Mochi Donut and a Pine Nut Sun Cookie and planned to have it be brunch. The food arrived piping hot. The donut was just fried and amazing. We could have eaten just those and been fine. The pancakes were delicious and incredibly filling. We were really hungry when we ordered, and both of us struggled to finish our meals with how full we were. Overall, fantastic. It's going into our frequent brunch lineup.

I don't know why it took me this long to order from here... the Veg Fan Tuan is out of control. Shrimp Turnip Cake comes with 2pcs and is delicious !!!!! Snow Pea Leaves are fresh and well seasoned. Filling meal and worth the price. Also the chili oil on the side is fanstastic.

BEC Scallion Pancake is on point! Very filling, perfect if you skipped breakfast. Generous helping of Fries. And the side of sauce just brings it all together. Short 5-10 minute wait time after ordering. Definitely worth the price and definitely ordering many more times

Timeline for picking up an order is very accurate, as soon as I walked into Win Son Bakery my name was called! The BEC Scallion Pancake was crispy and the sauce was an excellent addition and the Millet Mochi Donut was perfectly sweet and chewy. Would recommend!

quite possibly the best Double Smash Cheeseburger. Side Scallion Pancake and Pan-Griddled Pork Buns are a great combo those fries and the extra veg sauce from pork buns are like a taiwanese poutine. highly satisfied. great to share for 2 people. will be back to order again and this place only knows how to use fresh ingredients.
