I usually don’t leave complaints, but I felt this was worth mentioning. I’ve been going to Wingstop for years and have always loved it, but my recent visits have been disappointing. The wings have gotten noticeably smaller with barely any meat, and the fries have been completely unseasoned even though I asked for seasoned fries. The fries also seemed inconsistent — some were stale, some were fresh, and some were soggy. Hoping the quality improves.

The seasoning was great. Some of the wings seemed to be a little undercooked, but not too bad. I was disappointed that the fries and the carrots and celery were just in open baskets in the bag. They really needed to be in sealed containers like the wings. The fries were cold by the time they reached me.

Dissap in the size of the wings and overall price prices have drama increased in the past few months alone. The wings are so small it's hard to be they are 20$ for 10 of them. You're better off picking up yourself since DoorDash adds to each item to make money. Over it tasted good but so ex and small portions for price.

We order quite a bit from Wing Stop, love the wings especially the garlic parm and lemon pepper. We usually get mixed between flats and drums however the last two orders, we felt cheated. Of 15 wings, 4 were flats. Of twenty wings on prior order, 5 were flats. This is important to us because my husband likes the drum and I like the flats. So last 2 orders, I drew the extremely short stick! Please please, when u say the order is "mixed", please honor that commitment to your customers and not just "throw in" a few flats. Very disappointed. Ive been loyal customer for years. That can change if our expectations cant be met at least most of the time. Thank you!
