food always comes hot! hot! hot!
I always get the chicken sandwich, the chicken always has a crunch and has a warm inside. the drink tastes so good, like from a soda can so good. there's a cover on the drink to prevent spilling. the only thing I wish, was there were napkins, buy because I'm home, I always have napkins

They skimp 80% of the time on the large boneless thigh bites they will put a small order in it instead when ur spending 17$ for it
But to bring it around to a positive the cheese friese are amazing

Dr Pepper was bland so was the wings and I ordered them crispy they were soft and more oily, no seasoning the dasher took a minute so my fries were cold. I get a lot from here but this time please do better

I have made the concluion that they put less effort into their take out orders. I order pickup through doordash a lot and see this at this location often.They assume it is for a customer or that you will not come back. EVERY single time I decide to give this location a chance it just disappoints again. Tonight they forgot to give me my full order andthe wings were small the order they did give me. I return to the location and they give me my full order and the picture attached to this review is what they were trying to send mehome with.They did remake the order and it came out decent but why does a customer have to go through all this to make sure they get mid-tier tasting chicken? You're honestly better off going to the Deli at the Frys across the street and getting wings there. ridiculous customer service and the workers dont care either so I assume the MANAGER does not either. HORRIBLE place to go, good luck if you still decide to order from here because its the closets location.
