Lemon Pepper are my families go to. We live for the wingstop experience. Always made fresh when ordered.

Received all drums & no flats (not how a traditional order is supposed to be). The chicken was HUGE which was questionable. Also, i asked for it to be cooked well done so that it can be crispy & the chicken was soggy. Even on the dry rub

I was given 15 wings in one container with the garlic parm on the very bottom of the layer greasy with no parm on them smh

idk what's happened but i've been upset about my last order for weeks now. The chicken was WAY overcooked, it was so dry it was almost painful to eat. The ranch flavored wings leave quite a bit to be desired. I'm not sure how you manage to mess up Honey Bbq flavor, but that feat was accomplished, for sure. The quality of the food was really terrible and my sons and i just dunked the wings in the ranch sauce to get it down so money wasn't wasted. I don't know if this may be a one off, a location specific issue, or a franchise issue (since i hadn't had wingstop for a few years prior to that order) but i was certainly reminded of why i stopped patronizing this chain.

The mild classic wings has zero seasoning/sauce; the lemon pepper and almost no seasoning either. The bag was soaked with grease (sides & bottom). Fries were old tasting! Very disappointed
