The Nutella Shake was phenomenal as usual. I wish they used a dome lid with a straw hole in but it was still tasty even if it was messy. The Eggs On Toast was terrible. They always bury the toast at the bottom so it's soggy, the bacon and eggs were cold and gluggy. And I don't know what seasoning was on the grilled tomato but it was inedible.

Ordered pistachio sauce and it came just stuck to the lid and the smallest amount ever... whenever I've ordered it previously you have almost too much sauce!

hash brown was 4 dollars just for it to be over cooked barely edible. burger was an absolute mess

I ordered Secret Chicken sandwiches for dinner, and it was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. The chicken appeared undercooked/raw, had an unpleasant smell, and certainly did not seem fresh. Due to the poor quality and food safety concerns, I was unable to eat the meal. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
