The Tonkotsu Ramen is out of this world delicious. Everything about it is wonderful from the broth, to the seasoned soft boiled egg, to the tender mouth watering Pork Chashu. This was my first time ordering from here since I've started working in Charlotte again and it was just as amazing if not better than it was the first time I ordered it in 2018. The Green Tea Mochi  was absolutely to die for and would 10 out of 10 recommend for any fellow lovers of anything Matcha. I will be ordering again for sure.

This is how I received my sushi. Not even fully wrapped. Paid for extra pork which was $4 and 4 pieces of pork in total. Pork is also bland

The Aki Roll is absolutely delish, and the Thai curry ramen too. However, the beef yakitori being cooked meat with sauce thrown it is not worth it...also the salmon was $16 for 4 pieces of very thin sliced salmon, not the least bit what I thought it was going to be

Ramen is good portion, I got extra spicy. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Pork baos were okay, the sauce didn't have much flavor but pork is tender. Only 1 of 6 Shrimp Shumai had shrimp in it. Very little but still tasted good. Service was friendly.

Rolls are way more expensive and much smaller than other Southend sushi spots. Usually get twice as much food for the price at my go to spot, so wont be ordering sushi from here again.
