• 5/1/22I try and get zalate whenever I can. It's so good, honestly one of my favorites. The pork belly burrito is so good with the green sauce, it cuts through the fattiness of the pork belly perfectly. The fries are also a must, perfect crispy fries.

• 4/19/26The tortillas taste homemade, the ingredients are fresh, plenty of veggies are incorporated. Authentic Latin American food but with a creative twist. Always hits the spot.

• 4/7/26This has become a weekly occurrence, always constant.. fresh.. good portions and my favorite place to order. Absolutely would try again.. maybe tomorrow. Pork Belly Taco and Street Corn combo is elite. I'd post a picture but I ate it.

• 3/1/26I've ordered burritos from Zalate in the past and loved them. I decided to try some new stuff today and ,well... The only thing that looks anything like what I imagined is the CALIFORNIA BURRITO. The crunchy shrimp tacos Crispy Shrimp or Fish Taco don't have of the pineapple, red cabbage, or chipotle sauce from the description and pic. They look pathetic with just 2 shrimps, a pinch of cheese, and some diced onion that I selected to add on. There wasn't much of a description and no picture of the Shrimp Agua Chile so I didn't know what to expect but it sounded good. It consists of a plastic cup half full of the good stuff and a bag of chips. I think it was supposed to have avocado but I don't see anything. I could be misremembering. I'm not sure what it's for but They included a little box with some salad greens, feta, diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, tossed in some sort of balsamic or other dressing. I don't see anything I ordered that included that in the description. Overall it feels like this place just makes up the dishes however that individual feels like making it with no standards.it looks fresh and the burrito looks good but I don't think I'll be trying anything new.

• 7/6/25I was excited to try their tacos but ended up heavily disappointed. They were all very small with hardly any filling - one small piece of avocado and a tiny piece of fish. The Car ne Asada Taco had a good amount of meat but it was overcooked and dry. The Black Beans were flavorful and quite good.
