Order a loaded fry no ranch with sweet and spicy sauce instead. I received a loaded Fri with tongue torch sauce no cheese and literally6 chunks of tender cut. Fries were old (you could tell by the darkness in color) I love Zaxbys's and the loaded fries but this was not it!!!!

I ordered the House Zalad. Some of the lettuce was brown. Most of the green lettuce was wilted. The tomatoes seemed to be almost spoiled as they were mushy. However, my order was followed and I received everything necessary (utensils, napkins, correct dressing) etc.

I continuously order from here because they never have an issue locating my building like some BUT they always seem to get my order incorrect. They do not send the correct number of tenders and the double fries are always like single. They don't add the extra seasoning either. If you ask me to tell you what i want then please give me what I asked and paid for!

First time trying the fried chicken philly and it was very delicious and flavorful. I think it should have more sauce because it can taste dry at times. Funnel cake was delightful! Wish it was bigger for the price. Overall great food.
