The chicken by far beats the competition hands down...but...I only received 3 dipping sauces which doesn't go far on the 20 piece family meal. And to add insult, those were the additional ones I had to pay for. Will I order from them again? Definitely!! And I hope I can give them a 5 star rating.

We ordered The Cobb Zalad® and one was fresh and one looked day old wilted. Both were missing the bacon. In fairness, the fresh salad tasted awesome. Too bad that the other salad wasn't the same quality. The fried white cheddar bites we ordered were very good. Thank you and we will be back. Take care. <><

Everytime I order a large fry, and pay the extra charge, there's hardly any fries and no seasoning. I love Zaxbys and I'm always treated well in person. But ordering from here is always unsatisfying and it's expensive.

The meal delivery was quick, but the food wasn't as good as last time. The Southern Fried Shrimp Meal 's shrimp was cold but the fries were warm with seasoning. We ordered no seasoning on the fries. The salad was not as impressive as the first time we ordered it. First layer looked good but underneath the cucumbers were overripe. We're just a little disappointed. We also ordered over $25 and the app wouldn't let us get the free shrimp. Maybe next time. Take care.

Zaxby's is always good, but this delivery was disappointing. 10 fingers were ordered and regular size fries. There was no Zax sauce included and the fries were way over seasoned and too salty to eat. $30 for chicken fingers and fries. I'll reconsider before ordering for delivery at Zaxby's next time.
