Very good food delivered by Door Dash. Chicken strips were crispy but soft, which is how we like our chicken. Fries and cold slaw were delish and at proper temp. We also tried the cobb salad and that was excellent. I can honesty say , you can't go wrong eating at Zaxby's

Not only were drinks missing (not Zaxbys fault), but my salad was pretty gross. The cucumbers and tomatoes were translucent like they've been sitting out a long time, and the lettuce had so many chunks of black, soggy bits.

Sadly the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries were lacking. Hardly any bacon, chicken or cheese.... I basically had fries. So sad! I normally love this!

Very upset with how they package the order. Everything was fine except the drinks. Zaxby's put a sticky labels over each drink. This label had to be scrapped off and still didn't come off. Very frustrating. Food was great, as usual!

I placed a pick up order and my husband went to pick it up. They had no idea what they were doing. They said since it went through Door dash it had to go to a driver and he couldn't get it. He eventually got them to understand, but they didn't know what was in our order and he had to confirm the whole order again. It was very frustrating.
However, the chicken was delicious.
