They forgot my drink and only gave me 4 tenders instead of 6. And the tenders were small and stale. Only order from here if you're just really hungry and Canes won't deliver.

Horrible, ordered two 6 piece meals with large fries and spicy sauce. They send a total of 8 fries per order and 5 pieces of chicken in each, plus two bread each which we only needed one per, the lemon pepper chicken sauce was covering everything in the box, so lemon fries and bread were not exactly tasty. Jacksonville Arkansas Zaxbys stinks and will not order again

I did not get my money worth. 1 tiny egg roll for $4 is highway robbery. It was cooked so long until it was burned, hard and black. I will spread the word and I will never order from the Jacksonville AR Zaxby again. I was extremely disappointed!

Loaded fries were good today. They seasoned it very well.. almost a little too much. But I rather have flavor than none. Good amount of food. Some fries were fresh. Some were old. I'd order again. The taco was spicy but 7/10!

it was all bad. I got onedressing in this little container for a Cobb salad. then the fried chicken was raw in the middle. I paid for extra dressing anddidn't get any but the little container in the photo. the entire salad went to the trash.
