Ordered the 2 Nibblerz® side of Basket of Texas Toast and a Crinkle Fries - Large. Usually the toast comes with 3 but I just got 2 that's okay I guess. Everyhing else is nice and hot

I received the smallest wings I've ever seen..the fries had almost no seasoning, and I ordered extra fries with extra seasoning. I literally counted 10 fries. And my drink was spilled all over the porch, which isn't Zaxby's fault, but it was just overall disappointing. Especially having paid almost $20 for this mess. I hope everyone else actually get what they pay for.

I ordered 20 chicken fingers and got ten. Took a picture of how many I got and put my receipt. On top of that I got no Zax sauce for any chicken fingers.
I order Zaxbys a lot and 6 out of 10 times they get it right. If I didn't love chicken so much I'd never order again

The frozen lemonade machine wasn't operating correctly and a employee was very nasty and tried to give me a regular lemonade without asking that I want a substitution. The employee was very nasty and tried to argue me down saying that the frozen price and the regular lemonade price were the same. I buy this meal four times a week and has never had an issue until today.
