• 2/3/26the portion of fries in the big Zac snack was very small , chicken wasn't fully cooked and fries looked and tasted old

• 8/6/23Food was dry,overcooked,they burned the toast and i was supposed to have 5 wings instead i got 4 and they gave me a wimpy chicken tender to replace it,wouldn't recommend eating this at all they barely gave me any fries,when i pay money places im expecting better. Honestly i've had better zaxbys at other locations

• 12/22/25Either this location is bad quality or Zaxby's in general has gone downhill. The portions are absolutely not as advertised. The Chicken Finger Plate - 5 Fingerz had tenders that were much smaller than the pictures, and the sides were incredibly small. Still hungry after eating, but I paid 17 dollars for it. Hoping Doordash will compensate in some way, cause this was horrible. Will never order from here again.
