• 5/5/26Chicken finger plate - 4 fingers. Bread is cold with little flavor. The coleslaw is warm and possibly the smallest portion size ever. The serving cup was hardly half full. The fries were cold and had little/inconsistent seasoning. There were very few full size fries. The chicken fingers were good. They have probably the best ranch dipping sauce out of anybody else.

• 2/12/25Placed an order three days in advance for the Super Bowl. Ordered wings and tenders platters. The food was delivered exactly on time and was hot and fresh. Wings were meaty and the Tongue Torch sauce was very good. Zaxby's Shepherdsville knocked it out of the park on this one! Thank you!!

• 5/24/22Best Fast Food Salad around! Fresh, filling, and the grilled chicken on the salad is nice and tender. In one word, AWESOME!

• 4/30/23The Traditional Wings Meal was ridiculous. $14 for 5 of the smallest wings I have ever seen and a handful of fries.

• 11/13/24I am giving this store a 3 rating. I would give them a 2.5 if I could. I love their salads which is the plus side, but like today, I didn't get my salad dressing for my salad. They always fail to put the extra zaxbys sauce that we pay for in the bag. I now have 2 salads that we do not have dressing for. This is a huge disappointment considering how much money we spend with them. This may not seem like a big deal to some people but we are paying $15+ for a single salad that I didn't get everything for. I guess we will have to reconsider ordering from here in the future.
