All items arrived as instructed. Chicken tenders not over cooked and fries to my liking. Rarely have issues with this location.

What a huge disappointment. The Cheese Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries did not have enough ranch to cover the fries & chicken. The Chicken Fingerz™ - 5 were no wider than 2 human fingers & hard as a rock. No sauce of any kind was included. With so many chicken restaurants to choose from I'm surprised Zaxbys doesn't bring more to the table.

I don't know who was working but it must not have been the regular people the chicken tenders turned out very small and the toast wasn't even toast it was just a regular piece of bread not crispy at all. My drink busted because the ice punctured the side of the cup, and the fries also have no crisp. I'm saddened because it was great when I ordered a few months ago now not so much. Even my fried pickles weren't crispy.

Asian Zensation Zalad™. it was very tasty. The portion size was great and it was very fresh. I would order this again.
I also ordered three Chocolate Chip Cookies, I only received two of them. I am having the worst time reporting this to Door Dash.
This is the second time Zaxby's has left something off of my order.
Beware and be careful.
