Whenever I order a salad from this location it's never chopped well, especially the chicken, if I order from a different zaxbys location all the ingredients are chopped into bite sized pieces but the chicken on my salad was huge. They also didnt give me a fork or any bacon.

ts was overly hard, i asked for seasoning on the side but they still put WAY too much all over. the fries were overcooked. 2/10, wouldn't recommend.

disappointed! ordered chicken finger. they were half the size they used to be more like nuggets. price was the same. so got less to eat than expected to eat at big price. taste was OK but I won't be back.

I have just door dash and spend $36 on a lemon pepper wings with strips…I was so disappointed everything was way too salty, toast was burnt, very little fries and they were all dried out, the wings was over cooked and hard…I would never ever buys any food from Zaxbys on San Jose..y’all can’t prepare food in the right … I threw it in the trash…so upset…hire people who takes time to prepare food…I gave you all a big fat 0

Nothing was right, I ordered Sweet tea and got water. I order a 4 piece meal, got a pile of uneatable 8 piece chicken, order no coleslaw and extra fries, got coleslaw and normal amount of uncooked fries.
