chicken finger plate was scrumdiddlyumptious. large drink is truly large! texas toast meets any and every expectation. only downside is crinkle cut fries (ew).

This is the worst Zaxbys I have been to. The nibblers tasted old. The bread was hard and hard to eat. Almost choked on it. They wanted to charge $0.25 for extra Teriyaki sauce. There was very little on the sandwiches. I have never been charged extra before.

Didn't get the sauce I requested. The coleslaw was in the styrofoam container instead of a separate container, so the juice leaked all over the fries and chicken fingers. The portion of fries was really skimpy. I usually love Zaxbys and order often, but this was so disappointing.

My only complaint is that they didn't anticipate how obsessed id be with the nuclear sauce and force me to order more. Been out of zaxbys territory for 5 years. Glad to be back. Great chicken, great fries, great sauce.

Got very very few fries with the Kiddie Cheese®. Super disappointing and I really don't understand it.
