Ordered a six finger plate and only got 4. I also asked for three spicy zax sauce and only got two. My milkshake was supposed to have two cherries aswell. I don't normally ever have a problem with Zaxbys but this time was just disappointing.

Well, our order today was off, flavor wise, not consistent at all as in the past. We ordered the same salads we've always gotten, mine being the Asian Zensation and my husband getting the Cobb Salad. The lettuce didn't taste fresh at all. Neither my husband nor I could finish the salads. In the past we always finished them. I'am hoping this was just an off day for y'all, as we've always enjoyed them, and have ordered them many times, mostly via DoorDash. This is a bit pricey by the time you do all the add ons, tip the driver, etc. just to trash it. Please make them fresh again. Thank you.

The nibbles bread was so stale it shouldn't be allowed to be served. Quality has gone soooo downhill last few years. Ick

The chicken is great. Love the tongue torch sauce. Only complaint is that both me and my fiancé requested extra seasoning on the fries and neither of us got it. There's barely any seasoning on the fries.
