Absolutely loved my experience! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the portions were great, and everything was packaged neatly.

Initially, I was underwhelmed by the look of the food, however, it was really delicious! The Chicken Finger Plate - 4 Fingerz was plenty of food to fill me up! The chicken fingers weren't as crispy as I'd assumed they'd be, but they were juicy, flavorful, and none had any gristle! The fries were decently cold by the time they arrived, but they tasted good. A large beverage is quite large! I tried the spicy zax Extra Sauce which tasted unique! The sweet and spicy sauce was delicious, but it was not spicy in the slightest. The Cole slaw was excellent- very creamy and crunchy! The only thing I just don't get is the piece of "Texas Toast" that comes with it. It's more or less very gently toasted white bread. Mine wasn't toasted nearly enough, and it didn't have much flavor. If there was an option to remove it, I'd have left it off entirely. All-in-all, as my first time trying Zaxby's, I will absolutely order again!

The flavor was great. I will say it won't be my first choice as the tenders were extremely small. The fry portion was very small and they were missing my coleslaw for $22 platter. I had a little bit higher expectations. It was like a six piece kids meal.

They gave me like 8 fries. Then they taste like some at home regular crinkle cut. Won't be ordering again

The food wasn't hot and the tenders r too salty they already going down and they just got here and they were very small like a kiddy meal won't order from here agsin
