My Chicken Koobideh was unsalted and dried out, not the usual Zaytoon Grill Chicken Koobideh I had in the past.....

The chicken kebab was absolutely amazing. Perfect flavor and seasoning and grilled just right. Great rice. I loved the garlic sauce as well.

Loved the Zereshk Polo! Would have been excellent with joojeh kabob (Cornish hen)
