Birria tacos along with the consume were excellent. The Arroz Mexicano / Mexican Rice was very small and overpriced

I hate writing a negative review for a new restaurant, but this was one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I've had in a very long time. The $19 Torta de Bistec de Res / Skirt Steak Torta was underwhelming. The steak was cooked perfectly, I will give them that, but it was dripping with mayo and there wasn't a lot of meat. It was supposed to be served with fries, which I did not receive. Even if this was a $15 sandwich, accounting for missing fries, I wouldn't order it again. There are too many other Mexican restaurants in the area that sell better sandwiches for less money. Additionally disappointing was the $5 side of Frijoles Negros / Black Beans. It came in a little container that you usually see for a side of salsa. There is another restaurant down the street that provides an entire pint of black beans for $4.75. This was probably 1/4-1/3 the size (in other words: 3-4x the price). The $4 side of Jalapeños a la Parrilla / Grilled Jalapeños was just one single jalapeno. The entire meal cost $28 and I will still hungry. For $28 I can order a large feast from most other restaurants in the area, and the food would be just as good, if not better.

Placed an order for chips and they charged me $8 for the smallest bag of chips I've ever seen. Not even a full bag. Thought it was a joke. You get them free when you eat there
