I *never* complain about meals, and especially not Door Dashed ones. I know the quality will probably be compromised because of the extra set of hands it will pass through, and I'm ok. However, the last time l got Dashed food from Frisch's, it was beyond horrible. Two Big Boy platters were in the same shameful state. Buns were stale and crumbling. the beef patties were ridiculously thin, but sauce was slopped everywhere. Tops and bottoms of buns were soaked on the outside. The fries had to be from yesterday. I'd go as far as to say they were the worst I've ever been served. Stale, greasy, floppy and very cold. Cole slaw was missing. Did I mention awful??

I love the crinkle cut fries. the big boy was good but I will order the fish sandwich next time.

This is the second time I haven't received my drinks delivered and last time was half my order ughh the sandwiches we got were good fries cold tasted old disappointed this is my favorite burger place but last few times def wasn't worth the money I spent

Paid up for a large fry, that definitely wasn't a large that we got. Coke came from soda heads that haven't been cleaned in a long time. You could taste the mold. Had to pour them down the drain.

Everything was good. The only issue was the shrimp basket only had 4 shrimp. For 12.99 shrimp basket I would expect more shrimp. Hand-Battered Shrimp Basket

They should consider covering their shakes better for delivery. Maybe a piece of plastic wrap before they snap the lid on. I must add that I wasn't happy that I paid extra for a very small piece of tomato added to my sandwich.
