SO good! It was my husbands first time eating it and he loved it! I will say that the creamed spinach was not what I expected but it was still good! Also love that they give you chicken gravy, my fave. Chicken was cooked perfectly and crunchy - Wonderful Experience!

Dinah's is an excellent diner. And shocking they actually serve good coffee it's so hard to find a diner in LA that serves a decent cup of coffee. Breakfast is a deal and their fried chicken is #1

Simple order of bacon and eggs. 3 out of 4 pieces of bacon were burned almost beyond recognition, the 4th piece was like shoe leather -- all after I requested bacon "medium, not crisp, please." Even the receipt taped to the order repeated "bacon medium." The rest of the order was fine, but since the cook doesn't read orders carefully, I am not inclined to order from Dinah's again. To me, that's important.

I have been ordering my food from the The Take-out arm of the restaurant for several years. The chicken is always moist and flavorful. The cole slaw, baked beans, carrot raisin salad and macaroni salad are all good. A few weeks prior to the pandemic shut down I joined some friends for breakfast in the main restaurant. I ordered the Cinnamon French Toast. Wow! This was the best French Toast I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Warning: Be prepared to share. The order is 6 half slices. Add some bacon and a cup of coffee and smile all through breakfast.
