"Great food. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie is my favorite and I love their new red velvet ice cream. The reason I can't give five stars is because the delivery system for this store is poorly managed. I can never know when my items will arrive because there's no tracking from Insomnia Cookies or DoorDash when you use DoorDash. Sometimes orders arrive much later after the scheduled time, so I can't plan to meet my delivery driver at a specific time. This time, it never arrived (I did get a refund, though and both DoorDash and Insomnia Cookies provided excellent help). Again, I love the food from this store and I'm happy they deliver through DoorDash. But the "merchant courier" system needs some work."

"I got the Cinnam French Toaston with hashbrowns and bacon for a late night dinner (around 11:00 PM). It was packaged so well.
