"Cheesesteak was excellent, But the cheap wrapper that they decided to use is horrible. It arrives piping hot and you're excited to get it out, but the moment you unwrap it, it looks like it's in sort of a tinfoil wrapped but the inside is actually a thin paper that disintegrates against the hot cheese and get stuck all in the cheese and onions in your entire sandwich and then you get to spend at least 3 minutes trying to untangle it without eating the paper that's now falling apart and stuck all over your cheesesteak that you just spent $12.00 on. The fries are good too, but you don't get as much as you think you're gonna get for $8.00 french fries. I will order from them again, but I hope somebody actually reads this and understands that that wrapper is going to cost you eventually. Your food is great, please do something about that."

"Absolutely love the BBQ sauce they use, it's not too sweet and really flavorful. The only issue I have about the Pulled Pork sandwich is that the bread is really disproportional compared to how much pulled pork you get, although I love a good brioche bun, you just get way too little meat. As far as sides go, stick with the fries, the mac and cheese basically tastes like saucy noodles, they are so bland, you can't even taste the cheese; even salt doesn't make it much better."

"BBQ Salad is good would be better with Jack Cheese instead of Cotija. Shrimp Cocktail was fresh and the Sauce is the best!! Steak was cooked correctly and sides were good and seasoned well. Only complaint consumers are already paying a high price for the meal, stop up-charging so much for the sides you call Premium. "I can't recommend anyone ordering the ribeye. I've ordered prime rib from black Angus and got exactly what I ordered with respect to medium or medium rare .  Unfortunately when I ordered a medium ribeye, I got an overcooked slab of meat. I received a refund but can't recommend the ribeye if they're this inconsistent with a very costly cut of meat like this."

So, the meatwas dry, tough and pretty much inedible! The marinara sauce on the spaghetti had no seasoning/flavor. My wife ordered the lasagna w/ meat sauce. The lasagna actually had an odd taste that we could not pinpoint. Not even my kids would eat it and each loves lasagna and we ended up throwing it out. The portions on all the meals were good size but I will not order from this restaurant in the future.
