We SAVED the little bit of hummus we had left over for the next day. We talked about how excited we were for it all day - texting back and forth- and then ate it as a little treat at the end of the night. "i got the Make Your Own Combo with 1/2 lb snow crab, and 1/2 lb calamari, with eve garlic butter sauce at a medium spice level. it arrived in about 25 mins still hot and very well packaged, they double-bag with thick plastic bags, and tie each bag individually, then place the whole thing in a paper bag. the calamari was honestly a bold choice for me, but it was decently tender considering it's calamari, and very flavorful, so that was impressive! i ended up eating most of it, which i usually wouldn't have had it not been that good. the crab was incredible though, easy 10/10. next time, i'm gonna get a full pound of crab, and i believe the price tag is WELL worth it. for the spice level, i feel like it was a true medium, so you can trust it to be the level you choose. i do prefer spice though, so next time i'll get hot. the corn was also SO amazing, it comes with a corn and a potato with each pound you order, but next time i think i will add an extra corn, i didn't know corn could be that good. i'm not far from their location in american fork, so it won't be long before i go there in person to eat again! highly, highly recommend!"

My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."
