They are not the same workers in the deli. I waited an extra 15 minutes past the estimated time. So 45 minutes total it took to make my order. There was just me and one other customer who ordered after me. It seemed like they were having trouble opening a can of cranberry sauce. The worst part? I didn't get the cranberry on my Thanksgiving Special. I got tuna, turkey, lettuce, tomato? Asked if I needed a bag instead of just giving me one. I said no and just left. Sadly, I won't be ordering from here again. Two stars because it use to be so much better. "
