Our return began with a necessary phone call to modify the DoorDash order. The manager personally ensured my order was prepared exactly to my liking, and the quality of my roastbeef sub was beyond expectation. The service was just as impressive a few days later when I called again for a dinner order made through Doordash due to my wife still being in the hospital. The person who answered the phone was not only attentive to my modifications but also incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. A quick note on service: I followed up with a call to the restaurant after placing my order to verify a concern, and the person who answered the phone was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and assuring.
The Club Salad was the clear standout. The portion size was exceptionally generous—it's easily large enough to split between two people or to provide two substantial meals (such as lunch and dinner). While I had already mixed the components before snapping a photo, I can confirm that the presentation was also excellent upon arrival. As for The Classic Steak and Cheese sub, the taste and portion I would consider as average from other places. However it was a little on the greasy side.
