Jumbo Spaghetti And Meatballs, the meatballs are not jumbo nor is the spaghetti, I received 3 meatballs of varying sizes that were noticeably heavy on breadcrumbs as a filler and lacking egg. the spaghetti sauce tasted as if from a can. altogether just bummed out by this restaurant. "The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

It's not really a novel restaurant concept, the tofu and sweet potatoes were bone dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce and it lacked a good amount of salt to at least give flavor to the bowl, and they messed up one of our bowls by adding extra ingredients (thankfully nothing we were against eating, just not in the mood for). Not a place I'd go if you have allergies from that alone, and not a place I can even recommend on a flavor basis...not worth the super discounted price I got here (the bowls with tofu were ~$13 for maybe 2 cups of food)."

"This was our first order, and from now on will easily be one of our go to places. We ordered 3 different salads, two chicken and 1 shrimp, each with modified ingredients, and all three were perfect and delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the dressings were tasty, and the portions were large enough to fill up grown adults. The packaging is a plastic deep dish container, with a high snap on clear plastic lid, filled almost completely, with just enough room to shake everything together. Literally these are packed dense, because most of the veggies are finely chopped, but not so much that they lose their crunch. There was enough chicken and shrimp used that there was a piece in every bite! We really got our money's worth, we're completely full, and it was healthier than most of our other DoorDash selections."

"Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
I will update about the other flavors that were ordered.

This time I ordered butter noodles with broccoli, a baguette, and a Coke Zero. The baguette was good but the butter noodles were not. They came very dry like they had almost no butter sauce on them and they were lukewarm at best. I had to add extra butter just to make them less dry. The broccoli was very good and cooked nicely and was a nice temp. As for the large Coke Zero it was 3/4th full of ice(way to much) and because of that tasted a bit watery and had very little pop.(I finished it in about 5 or 6 sips) Next time I will order my drink with lite or no ice if possible. If I can't then no drink. Over all it was just kinda disappointing. Not worth the money I spent."
