"Got 2 BYOB and gotta say....meh. Meh is the best way to summarize everything about the experience here. It's not really a novel restaurant concept, the tofu and sweet potatoes were bone dry, there wasn't nearly enough sauce and it lacked a good amount of salt to at least give flavor to the bowl, and they messed up one of our bowls by adding extra ingredients (thankfully nothing we were against eating, just not in the mood for). Not a place I'd go if you have allergies from that alone, and not a place I can even recommend on a flavor basis...not worth the super discounted price I got here (the bowls with tofu were ~$13 for maybe 2 cups of food)."

"I love their 10 Pieces Chicken Wings! I've had them a couple of times and they are always warm, well cooked, and well seasoned/coated. The hot sauce is HOT. "Absolutely Delicious and unlike no other Donut Shop. They also were fresh, arrived way earlier than expected, and prices were extremely reasonable for all that you get with all the yummy unique toppings all over the donut. The perfect size too and these particular type of donuts are the best in my humble opinion to go with a hot beverage especially a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, etc., to dip part of the donut into. You will not regret getting these for an occasion of your choice. "
"Originally my order was canceled by DD due to store unable to fullfill my order even though I was in time before the delivery deadline. I called the owner to tell him what happened and he needed to know which location. He said he would call that store. He called back and had me reorder my 2 6packs. This time it was successful! These are quite good so far. Pic shows we only tried the maple flavor. We really like this smaller size donut and they are perfect for "something sweet " when that craving hits.
My only complaint right now is the ordering process online. It does not have to be this complicated!!! I should be able to select the quantity for each flavor no matter the size of the donut packs. Why repeat each flavor over and over for each donut choice?
I will update about the other flavors that were ordered.
I think these would be a nice gift as a 'thank you' to my fire department!

They had 0 flavor, like someone burnt them in a pan and said "that's fine, send em" no salt or "honey sriracha" just burnt. Jumbo Spaghetti And Meatballs, the meatballs are not jumbo nor is the spaghetti, I received 3 meatballs of varying sizes that were noticeably heavy on breadcrumbs as a filler and lacking egg. the spaghetti sauce tasted as if from a can. altogether just bummed out by this restaurant. "The sushi rolls were very good. The price listed is $$. It needs to be $$$. The portion size does not match the price. I had 3 rolls and a House Salad. Last week I tried out the competition and their rolls were 30% larger, and my bill was similar in price to this order. I was still hungry after finishing my dinner. Also there was only enough wasabi for whar I typically place on one roll and there were no napkins in the bag. You are delivering to a room in a hotel. I should not have to go down to the restaurant in the hotel and have to ask them for napkins for a dinner that I didn't purchase from them. "
"Portion size is extremely small. Ordered chicken hibachi and everything was bland. The chicken was dry and tasted like it was reheated boiled chicken with some sauce squirted on top at the end. The veggies were just steamed with no seasoning. The rice tasted like it was a couple days old.

"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"Second try on the Ulavacharu Guddu Biryani (Egg Special), I got the same spice level (hot) but seems much more mild than last time. Still unequivocally delicious bursts of flavor in every bite, so not a complaint. But I'm not British and I come for the heat, I want the spice. Ravi's used to be my favorite until they started toning down their spice level exponentially to the point it wasn't spicy at all, a disgusting waste of good food and unworthy of the price. Please don't pull a Ravi's and stay delicious. Godavari is now my #1 place, for good Indian flavor and heat, not to confused readers with that heavy cream stuff they serve at buffets and call curry,that stuff is more British than Indian."
