"Today 1/18/25 at 12:10pm I called to give feedback on the quality of the food I received from this location. I order from this location 2-3x a week, and I usually get the same thing every time. A young girl answered the phone and I explained to her that their sourdough grilled cheese has been off the last 2 times I ordered it. Instead of being hot and crispy, like usual, it has been soggy, and the cheese inside hard and not melted. I explained I order this every week and have never had this issue before. She stated that it's a pre-packed item that they just heat up (which I already knew), but, she said that probably the quality of the product they receive has gone down. "So long story short, the Fried Chicken & Waffles meal is good. The waffle has a good flavor that compliments the chicken well. The chicken is breaded using cereal pieces and that adds a nice touch.
The negatives. If you ever needed a visual representation of "shrinkflation" this meal would be it. Cheesecake Factory REALLY thinks we don't notice how small the chicken strips are getting. The chicken is LAUGHABLY tiny. To make this exact meal, as they have it, would cost you about $10 but Cheesecake Factory is charging $20 for this!
Also, both the chicken and the waffle will likely be soggy when they arrive as the package it in a non breathable container. But a quick trip to the air fryer for the chicken and a good few minutes in the broiler for the waffle and all is good.
