The fresh mozz and tomatoes would taste even better right out of the oven. Lastly, the CHEESE PLEASE was good as well, but not our favorite flavor wise because it was very gorgonzola cheese forward. It would be great for those who appreciate some good gorgonzola cheese. The rosemary really brought the gorgonzola flavor out even more. Even for someone not a huge fan of gorgonzola though, it was good and a very flavorful pie.
